OPEN STYLIST POLICY

We are a professional salon team and we are pleased to have guests work with all members of our staff. If you feel like you would like a fresh point of view or would like to try another staff member, let us know! We would love to accommodate you in every way we can.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We kindly request a 48 hour notice for any session cancellations. Late cancellations will be subject to a service fee. Any sessions that are canceled after our 48 hour window notice are subject to pay 100% of all scheduled sessions in order to rebook. Any extension sessions canceled within 72 hours are subject to pay 100% of the service in order to rebook. A credit card will be put on file for all clients after a late cancellation or no show. Thank you for your cooperation!

LATE FEES

Please note that our stylists run on a very tight schedule. When you are late for a session, this affects every session after yours. If you are tardy (more than 15 minutes) for your appointment, you will still be charged starting from the time of your original reservation.

EXTENSION POLICY

All extension services are final sale, including extension hair. All deposits or retainers are nonrefundable. Extension services canceled within 72 hours of scheduled session may result in a non-refundable retainer fee in order to rebook. If adjustments to the client’s hair are required, client must notify LAMS of adjustments that need to be made to their hair within 7 days following the date of service. LAMS is not responsible for damages to extension hair caused by the client, including but not limited to improper care/maintenance, using incorrect products, or partaking in activities that can damage extension hair (ex: swimming).

CHANGE OF HEART POLICY

We understand that sometimes a certain look just isn’t for you. If you change your mind, you must pay to have the service(s) redone. Redos are determined by the original stylist on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of the service. LAMS does not offer refunds for any sessions done.

 

CHILD SAFETY POLICY

We understand how challenging it is finding time to spend for yourself. We also understand that your “me time” does not always align with your beauty sessions. We love seeing your children and watching them grow, but at the same time we must now enforce a Child Safety Policy at LAMS. We kindly request that children no longer accompany parents to the salon during lengthy salon sessions. Only children RECEIVING services may be present in our service areas. Older children (13+), capable of sitting quietly and unsupervised, may wait in the provided seating area. We request that if you have multiple children receiving services, an additional caretaker is available to supervise any child waiting for their session time. While this policy helps ensure that all guests enjoy a relaxing salon experience, it was created with your child’s safety in mind. Our salon is not child-proof. Sharp instruments, hot styling tools, chemicals, and a busy, congested area makes for a potentially dangerous environment for your young children. We greatly appreciate your compliance with our Child Safety Policy.

RETURN POLICY

At home hair care can be returned up to 2 weeks after purchase date for an exchange. All cosmetics and skincare are a FINAL SALE. All hair extensions and hair pieces are also FINAL SALE. *This includes hair wefts, Great Lengths, tape extensions, clip in hair extensions, clip in toppers, halos, pony tails, clip in bangs and MicroLines hair toppers.
